This hot chocolate is seasoned with cinnamon, vanilla and topped with whipped cream.
Mix water, powdered milk and cinnamon sticks in saucepan. Start cooking on medium heat, then stir in the cocoa, sugar, nutmeg and vanilla, once the milk is warm. Make sure to ground the sugar and cocoa if need be. Let the hot chocolate come to a boil, stirring occasionally. Then, add the half and half. Bring down to a simmer. Serve in mug and add whipped cream if you like.
