Almond-Berry Smoothie


Frozen vanilla yogurt combines with strawberries, raspberries, almonds and almond paste in this smoothie treat.



Ingredients:

  • 1 cup strawberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup raspberries, fresh or frozen
  • 2 cups frozen vanilla yogurt
  • 1/4 cup almonds
  • 1 oz. almond paste

Method

Combine ingredients in blender and process until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.

Notes: Make sure that almonds are ground into tiny pieces. Large pieces will make it difficult to use a straw with this beverage.

Number of servings: 3 -4 small servings
