Ban-Blue Treat

Blueberries and bananas make a fresh and healthy smoothie--with a little cinnamon and nutmeg for extra flavor.
Ingredients
- 1 cup blueberries
- 2 bananas (cut in pieces)
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Sugar, to taste
- Ice

Method
In blender, place blueberries, bananas, ice, and blend for amount 1 minute. Add nutmeg, sugar and blend until creamy.
Notes: This is a delightful sweet drink, great for parties; you can add alcohol if desired.
