Banana "Ice-cream" Shake

Put this smoothie-like breakfast drink in a go-cup and drink it on your way to work.
 

Ingredients

  • 2 bananas, cut up
  • 4 cups soy milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cardamom
  • 8 large cubes ice
  • Ground nutmeg

Method

Combine all ingredients except nutmeg in a blender; blend until smooth. Before serving, sprinkle each serving with nutmeg.

 

Notes: This is a satisfying beverage that fulfills the sweet tooth in all of us. If you like you can use 2% milk.
