Bananas Kiwi Protein Smoothie

Protein powder gives this delicious banana and kiwi smoothie a boost of healthy flavor.
 

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 5 kiwis cubed
  • 1 tsp fructose sugar

Method

Mix all ingredients in blender until creamy and smooth, about 10 minutes. Let smoothie chill for 10 minutes in refrigerator, then serve.
