Blushing Raspberry Fizz

This alcoholic drink combines citrus-flavored vodka with raspberry liqueur, pomegranate juice and pink champagne in a shaker with ice. It's poured into champagne glasses and garnished with fresh raspberries.
Ingredients
- 6 ounces citrus-flavored Vodka
- 4 ounces Chambord or other raspberry liqueur
- 4 ounces pomegranate juice
- 12 ounces pink sparkling wine or champagne
- 12 fresh raspberries (to garnish)

Method
In a large cocktail shaker, combine all of the ingredients, except the fresh berries. Add 8 ounces of crushed ice and shake a few times. Pour equal amounts into 4 large, chilled martini or champagne glasses. Drop 3 berries in each glass to garnish. Serve immediately.
Notes: This is a delicious and simple recipe that will surely "wow" your guests. To guild the lily, dampen the rim of the glasses and dip in pink colored sugar.
