Butter Pecan Flan Smoothie

This rich smoothie combines the flavor of a flan, using cream cheese, caramel ice cream topping and milk, plus butter pecan ice cream in the blender. The individual servings are topped with toasted pecans and nutmeg.
Ingredients
- 2 pkgs. (3 oz each) cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups butter pecan ice cream
- 1/4 cup caramel ice cream topping
- 1 cup milk
- 6 large ice cubes
- Freshly grated nutmeg
- 2 tablespoons toasted pecans, chopped

Method
In blender combine cream cheese, butter pecan ice cream, caramel topping, milk and ice cubes. Blend until smoothie consistency is reached. Pour into chilled glasses. Top with nutmeg and toasted pecans.
Notes: I absolutely LOVE Flan. Decided to create a wonderful Smoothie that would reflect a Flan flavor. It did!
