Calming Sunrise

Brandy and pineapple juice are poured over ice and served with a fruit-garnished pick.
Ingredients
- 2 oz. (E&J brand) Brandy
- 6 oz. pineapple juice
- Ice or ice chips

Method
Pour E&J over ice first, then pineapple juice. Garnish with pineapple chunks and maraschino cherries on a sword toothpick.
Notes: For larger portions, simply use this 1 to 3 ratio as above.
