A creamy vodka beverage with lime and caviar for a special treat.
Ingredients
- 1 4 ounce jar caviar
- 1 pint quality vanilla ice cream, softened
- 1 lime
- 1/4 cup vodka

Mix ice cream with lime and vodka. Divide caviar between 4 champagne glasses. Pour mixture over caviar and garnish with mint.
