Champagne Peach Punch

This refreshing punch uses a blender to puree the peaches, then adds orange juice, lemon juice and champagne or sparkling wine.
 

Ingredients

  • 1 16 ounce package frozen sliced peaches
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 1/2 cups orange juice
  • 2 tbsp lemon or lime juice
  • 1 bottle champagne or sparkling wine

Method

Thaw peaches; do not drain. Place peaches and their liquid in a blender. Add sugar. Blend until smooth. Transfer pureed peaches to a 2 quart pitcher. Stir in orange and lemon juice. To serve, slowly pour in champagne or wine. Serve over ice.

 

Notes: After stirring in orange and lemon juice, cover and refrigerate overnight. Add champagne at serving time
