Champagne with Orange Sorbet and Vodka

This blender drink combines orange sorbet or sherbet with grated lemon peel and vodka. Champagne is added and the drink is served in flutes.Ingredients
- 1 quart orange sorbet or sherbet
- 1-1/2 teaspoons finely grated lemon zest
- Chilled vodka
- Chilled champagne

Method
In a blender, combine 1-1/2 cups orange sherbet or sorbet, 1-1/2 teaspoons finely grated lemon zest and vodka. Blend until smooth. Stir in champagne and divide between 4 chilled flutes. Serve at once.
Notes: Use a large capacity food processor, if making more than 4 servings at once.
