Chocoberry Smoothie

A healthy smoothie made with the fruit of two berries and a chocolatey twist.
 

Ingredients

  • 4 Tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 3 Tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 cups cranberry juice, chilled
  • 1 cup raspberry yogurt
  • 2 1/2 cups frozen raspberries, unthawed

Method

In a small bowl combine the powdered sugar and the cocoa; whisk to blend. Combine the juice, yogurt, raspberries and cocoa mixture in the jar of a blender. Process until mixture is smooth and well blended, about 3 - 4 minutes. Divide between 4 tall glasses and serve immediately.

 

Notes: Nice on a hot summer days. The kids will enjoy this healthy smoothie.
