Chocolate Cherry Banana Smoothie

Chocolate milk and chocolate yogurt give this smoothie its sweet factor while the bananas ans cherries give it the healthy factor.
 

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 to 2 cups low fat chocolate milk (depending of how thick you prefer your smoothie),
  • 4 ounces of chocolate yogurt, whipped is better
  • 1 cup of frozen cherries,
  • 2 large ripe bananas, peeled and sliced

Method

Process the ingredients together in a blender until smooth, about 30 seconds. Do not thaw the cherries so that the smoothie is cold. Pour into glasses and serve. A quarter cup of crushed ice can be added for a colder smoothie. Chunks of banana can be added upon serving for a chunkier smoothie.

 

Notes: This smoothie has a lot of flavor and can cure any chocolate craving in a healthy manner.
