Ingredients:

48 cups Strong Coffee- Preferably a Breakfast Blend, brew 4 pots
1× 1 oz Container of Vanilla Extract
6 cups Sugar
1 qt Half & Half
1 pt Vanilla Ice Cream, recommend "five" by hagen daaz
1 pt Chocolate Ice Cream, recommend "five" by hagen daaz
1 pt Coffee Ice Cream, recommend "five" by hagen daaz
1 Container Cool Whip
**for An Added "punch", stir in some kahlua, bailey's irish cream, or even get your hands on some white or milk chocolate godiva liqueur!!**

Directions:

1. Brew a pot of coffee. Pour the hot coffee into a large mixing bowl- add 2 capfuls of Vanilla extract and 1.5 cups of Sugar. Stir to combine. Transfer the hot coffee mixture to a heavy duty Ziploc bag. Repeat procedure for 3 more pots of coffee- to equal 4 pots and roughly 48 cups of coffee. Store all bags of coffee in the refrigerator to chill.

2. Using a melon baller, scoop out tiny balls of ice cream, laying them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or foil. They melt super fast, so work quick! Or recruit some help. :) Only do one flavor at a time. Put the ice cream balls in the freezer to re-freeze. When they are good and set like little ice cubes, you can peel them off and store them in a tupperware container for easier storage. Immediately put them back in the freezer.

3. Coffee punch time! Pour the 4 bags of chilled coffee into the punch bowl. Add about 4 cups of Half and Half, or until it looks to be the right color that you like. Taste it at this point, if it's too strong for your liking, add more half and half, milk, or cream.

4. Stir in the ice cream balls!

5. Top the punch with the entire container of cool whip, stir it up so it incorporates and produces a nice swirling effect on top. As the punch sits, it will get better and better and sweeter and sweeter. Your guests will be huddling around it by the end of the party.

Enjoy!
