COLD BEER COCKTAIL with beer ice cubes
Submitted by: Michael C.
A great idea, and simple, too! Make beer ice cubes; add them to your glass of beer to keep it chilled longer, without diluting the flavor.
Ingredients
- 2, 12 oz. bottles of your favorite beer

Method
Pour 1 bottle of beer into an ice cube tray and freeze for 3-4 hours along with a tall beer glass. Keep the other bottle chilled. When ready to serve, place 3 or 4 of the "beer" ice cubes into the chilled beer glass. Pour the other bottle into the glass and enjoy an everlasting cold beer.
Notes: Have you ever wanted your beer to ALWAYS STAY COLD? I know this recipe sounds a little corny--And it is. It's just so simple that I decided to submit it anyway. I get a little bummed out when beer gets cold after you start drinking it. You can't put ice cubes in it or it will water down. So I came up with "beer" ice cubes. -Whatever...... Just thought I would have a little fun with some simplicity.
Number of Servings: 1 serving
