Cool Coffee Supreme

Coffee ice cream, brandy, & cream de cocoa are blended with ice until smooth, then topped with whipped cream and tiny chocolate chips to serve.
Ingredients
- 1 scoop coffee-flavored ice cream
- 1/2 oz Creme de Cocoa
- 1 oz brandy
- 1 scoop crushed ice
- Whipped cream
- Mini semisweet chocolate chips

Method
In a blender, mix together the ice cream, Creme de Cocoa, brandy, and ice until smooth. Pour into glass. Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of mini semisweet chocolate chips
Notes: Can be served as either an after-dinner drink or dessert.
