	Malibu Betty Equal parts of vodka, coconut rum and pineapple juice are shaken together with ice for this drink.		Adult Root Beer Float Mudslide mix and vodka are combined with root beer to make this adult drink. Or, freeze the mixture--without the vodka--for a slushy.
