Egg Nog

Rich and creamy homemade egg nog-nothing tastes better for your holiday celebrations.

Ingredients:

• 1 quart rum
• 12 eggs (yolks and whites separated)
• 3 cups sugar
• 1 quart cream
• 1 quart milk
• Nutmeg

Method

Beat yolks of 12 eggs then gradually beat in 3 cups of sugar. Add slowly while stirring, 1 quart of rum and 1 quart milk. Beat cream until stiff and stir into mixture. Just before serving, beat whites of eggs stiff and fold in Pour into mugs and dust with a little nutmeg.
