Extra Thick Chocolate Shake
|2 cups||Low Fat Vanilla Ice Cream|
|1 cup||Skim Milk|
|¼ cup||Chocolate Syrup|
|1 tsp||Vanilla Extract|
|¼ cup||Cool Whip, (low fat or fat free) thawed|
In food processor, mix ice cream, milk, chocolate syrup and vanilla extract. Process on high speed until thoroughly mixed. Pour into four glasses and top each with a dollop of whipped topping. Serve at once.
