Fruit Champagne Punch

This quick drink combines mango juice with champagne. It's poured into champagne glasses and chopped mango is added as a garnish.
Ingredients
- 1 (12 oz.) can mango juice
- 1 bottle of Champagne
- Chopped Mango

Method
In a medium to large pitcher, combine 3 parts champagne to 1 part mango juice. Stir together well. Pour into punch bowl and stir in mango pieces as desired. Ladle into champagne glasses and serve.
Notes: For this Punch you do not have to have the most expensive bottle of champagne. You could use the cheapest all the way up to most expensive priced bottle and it would work just as well. You could also use different fruits (strawberries, peaches, raspberries, etc.)
