Grandma's Holiday Punch

Frozen lemonade concentrate, strawberries in syrup, and canned pineapple are whirled in the blender and then combined with ginger ale for this red punch recipe. If desired add rum or vodka to this holiday punch.
Ingredients
- 1 12-oz. can frozen lemonade concentrate
- 1 10-oz. pkg. frozen strawberries in syrup
- 1 8-oz. can crushed pineapple
- 3 1-liter bottles ginger ale, chilled
- 1 cup rum or vodka (optional)
- Ice ring (optional)

Method
In a blender container, combine frozen lemonade concentrate, frozen strawberries with their syrup, and undrained pineapple. Cover and blend until smooth. (May be made ahead and chilled, if desired.) To serve, pour strawberry mixture into a large punch bowl. Slowly pour ginger ale down side of bowl. Stir in rum or vodka, if desired. Add ice ring, if desired. Makes about 30 (4-oz.) servings.
