Hot Alpine

This warming drink heats together maple syrup, brown sugar, allspice, water and butter, adds rum, and is poured into mugs.
Ingredients
- 2 oz. Maple Syrup
- 1 tbsp. Brown Sugar
- 1/2 tsp. Butter
- Pinch of ground allspice
- 2 oz. Water
- 2 oz. Dark Rum

Method
Heat together butter, allspice, brown sugar, maple syrup, and water until the sugar dissolves. Remove from heat, stir in rum and pour into mugs.
