Method
Cut lime in half and moisten the rim of two tall cocktail (or iced tea) glasses; dip into the sugar and place in freezer. Thread two wooden satay sticks with watermelon cubes, place on waxed paper and freeze for one hour. Mix together the vodka, watermelon pucker, mandarin orange juice, and juice from remaining half of lime. Stir in the club soda and pour into the cocktail glasses that have been filled with frozen watermelon sticks and a few ice cubes. Garnish with lime wedges and mint sprigs.
Notes: When my children were young, I made them "watermelon popsicles" in the summer. I used the extra frozen watermelon to garnish these "adult treats".
