Irish Coffee

In this version of Irish coffee, hot brewed coffee is flavored with Irish creme liqueur. Whipped cream is spooned on top and sprinkled with cinnamon.
Ingredients
- 2 cups freshly brewed coffee
- 2 tbsp Bailey's Irish Cream Liqueur
- 1/4 cup whipping cream
- Dash of cinnamon to garnish

Method
Pour coffee into two large coffee cups or mugs. Stir a tablespoon of Bailey's Irish Cream Liqueur into each cup. Whip the cream; place a spoonful on top of each. Sprinkle with cinnamon and enjoy!
