Jacqueline's sneaky smoothie

This snack is an interesting way to get your family to incorporate healthy items into snack time.
 

Ingredients

  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 2 6 oz. containers yoplait mixed fruit
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen strawberries
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen mixed fruit
  • 2 Tbs. sesame seeds

Method

Blend all ingredients until smooth. Serve and enjoy.

 

Notes: I can't get my kids to eat enough healthy foods. I read an article about the 15 healthiest foods and sesame seeds were one of them. For my husband and I it's easy enough to add them to a salad, etc. but what about the kids? So I started putting them in my smoothies and they don't even know the difference.
