|1||Packet of Premium Hot Chocolate Mix, such as land-o-lakes|
|1½ oz||Peppermint Schnapps, such as rumpleminz|
|2 Tbsp||Whipped Cream or Whipped Topping, such as cool whip|
|Splash of Creme De Menthe Liqueur, such as hiram walker|
|Peppermint Stick, to use as a swizzle stick|
Heat half-and-half or light cream on the stove-top, being careful not to scorch. Stir in hot chocolate mix; bring almost to a boil. Remove from heat. Stir in Schnapps. Top with whipped cream. Splash on the Cream de Menthe and insert the Peppermint Stick stirrer.
