Ingredients:
| 1.5 oz | London Dry Gin |
| ¾ oz | Lillet Blanc |
| ¾ oz | Fresh Orange Juice |
| 1 tsp | Cherry Heering |
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a cocktail glass.
Helpful Tips:
Fresh squeezed orange juice works much better than store bought. Kirsh is not an adequate substitute for the Cherry Heering, but Luxardo Maraschino would likely work. A lighter bodied approach to the Blood and Sand. Perfect mid-afternoon cocktail, especially when the sun's out. Includes a bonus literary reference, just because.
