The base of this lovely and refreshing drink can be made and frozen for up to a month before serving. A party will always be waiting and ready to go!

  • Servings: 20-30

2 cups Water
1 cup Sugar
12 oz can Frozen Lemonade Concentrate
3 pkgs (16 Oz Each) Frozen Strawberries, thawed
Ice Cubes
Ginger Ale
Garnish: Whole Strawberries & Fresh Mint Sprigs

Bring water and sugar to a boil in large saucepan. Cook and stir until sugar dissolves; remove from heat. Add frozen lemonade concentrate and stir to dissolve; set aside. Process thawed strawberries in a blender, one package at a time, until smooth. Stir strawberry puree into lemonade syrup. Freeze in covered container. To serve, place 2 ice cream scoops of frozen slush mix in blender with 6-8 ice cubes, and 1/2 to 1 cup ginger ale per serving. Blend until smooth and thick. Add more ginger ale, if needed. Garnish with fresh mint and a whole strawberry.

Helpful Tips:

The Lemonberry Slush was our signature restaurant drink for the 13 years we owned and operated our tea room business. It is beautiful served in an old fashioned tall soda glass. The frozen slush can be kept in the freezer for a month. Delicious and refreshing.
