A full meal, loaded with healthy ingredients, all from one glass of this delicious banana and mango smoothie.
Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/2 cup frozen mango
- 2 tsp bee pollen
- 1 tbsp honey
- 3 tbsp protein powder
- 1/2 cup nonfat yogurt
- 1/2 cup orange juice

Place all ingredients in blender and mix at high speed for 3 minutes.
