Maya's Protein Mango Smoothie

A full meal, loaded with healthy ingredients, all from one glass of this delicious banana and mango smoothie.
 

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango
  • 2 tsp bee pollen
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 3 tbsp protein powder
  • 1/2 cup nonfat yogurt
  • 1/2 cup orange juice

Method

Place all ingredients in blender and mix at high speed for 3 minutes.

 

Notes: Recipe is good for those suffering from alleries, and contains high levels of antioxidants and immune boosters.
