Mixed Berry Smoothie

Yogurt, banana, and fruit juice is blended with frozen blueberries, raspberries and strawberries for this refreshing smoothie.
 

Ingredients

  • 1 individual container mixed berry yogurt
  • 1 banana, cut up
  • 1 individual pouch of Capri Sun Juice, any flavor (or 3/4 cup desired fruit juice)
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
  • 3 to 5 frozen strawberries

Method

Add yogurt, banana and juice to blender; add blueberries & raspberries. Start blending; add strawberries one at a time until desired thickness.

 

Notes: This recipe is very flexible---change the fruit to whatever you like. My family likes this combination. I use frozen fruit so I don't need to add ice.
