Mommie's Shake

This healthy shake blends frozen fruits (strawberries, bananas, and blueberries) with soy milk and protein shake mix.
 

Ingredients

  • 12 large frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 banana, peeled, cut in chunks and frozen
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 2 cups soy milk
  • 1 scoop protein shake mix

Method

Place frozen ingredients in blender with soy milk. Blend until smooth; add shake mix powder and blend again.

 

Notes: Remember this shake is for mommy, not you. (I use Soy Slender soy milk and Naturemax protein shake mix.)

 

Number of Servings: 1 or 2
