Moscow Mule with Mango Ice Cubes

Ice cubes are made from mango puree and water and added to glasses containing a mixture of ginger beer, vodka and a little lime juice.
Ingredients
- 4 oz. premium vodka
- 24 oz. ginger beer
- Juice of 1/2 lime
- 2 cups mango, pureed
- 1 cup water
- Lime slices for garnish, if desired.

Method
1. Stir pureed mango and water together. Pour into ice cube tray and freeze thoroughly. 2. Mix vodka and ginger beer. Squeeze in lime juice. 3. Fill 4 lowball glasses or food-safe copper mugs with mango ice cubes. Pour in ginger beer mix. Garnish with lime slices, if desired.
