Multi-Fruit Smoothie

A refreshing and healthy fruit smoothie made with mangoes, banana, strawberries, and apple for an alternative to a meal.
 

Ingredients

  • Half ripe mango
  • 6 fresh/frozen strawberries
  • 1 banana
  • 1 small apple
  • 5 tblsp strawberry yogurt
  • 5 ice cubes

Method

Peel and chunk all the fruit and put in blender, add yoghurt then ice cubes. Blend for approx 40 seconds till smooth.
