|2 oz||Patron Silver, infused with pineapple, jalapeno, and pink peppercorn|
|1 oz||Passion Fruit Puree|
|2 oz||Fresh Sour Mix|
|1 oz||Patron Citronge|
|Citrus Spice Rim On The Rocks|
Combine first four ingredients in shaker with ice; shake vigorously. Strain into cocktail glass that has been rimmed with citrus-spice.
To make infusion: place fresh-cut pineapple, jalapeno and pink peppercorns in bottle of Patron Silver Tequila; let steep overnight.
To create citrus-spice: combine fresh lime zest, salt and cayenne pepper, mix.
