Method
For "champagne," have one empty 32 oz plastic soda bottle ready. In a large container, combine the bottle of club soda and white grape concentrate. You now have 2 empty soda bottles. Divide the mixture between the 2 bottles, cap tightly and chill well. Combine partially frozen peaches, sugar, peach spread and enough "champagne" to half-fill a blender container. Puree until smooth. Pour mixture into a punch bowl or other large serving container; stir in the remaining "champagne" and stir well. If desired, serve with a slice of fresh or frozen peach in each glass.
Notes: I developed the "champagne" for a bride who wanted an alcohol-free wedding. It makes a wonderful base with which to make a variety of beverages.
Number of Servings: Makes 12 to 14 servings.
