Peach Breeze

This alcoholic drink combines peach brandy, vanilla vodka, and dry white wine with peach nectar and club soda. Serve it in tall glasses over ice.

Ingredients:

• 1 cup peach brandy
• 1/2 cup vanilla vodka
• 1/2 cup of peach nectar
• 1/8 cup super-fine sugar
• 1/4 cup of lightly packed mint leaves
• 3 (white) peaches, sliced
• 2 cups of dry white wine
• 1 cup club soda
• 2 cups of ice
• 4 tall ice tea glasses

Method

In a large glass pitcher mix vodka, brandy, peach nectar and sugar, stirring until sugar is disolved. Julienne about half of the mint leaves and slice the peaches thinly; add to pitcher and stir. (Reserve the rest of the mint leaves for the garnish.) To serve, add the wine & club soda to the pitcher and stir well. Fill glasses with ice. Pour drink over the ice and serve immediately, garnished with mint leaves.

Notes: This can also be made into a sangria-type drink by adding sliced oranges, lemons and apples, and 1 cup of red wine.
