Pineapple cookie smoothie

Fresh fruit, juices, and yogurt topped off with the sweetness of graham crackers and the heartiness of oatmeal.
 

Ingredients

  • 2 cups pineapple juice
  • 1 cup apple juice
  • 1/2 cup pineapple
  • 1/2 cup strawberries
  • 1 banana
  • 2 graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup oatmeal
  • 1 cup plain or vanilla yogurt
 
Method

Mix all ingredients in a blender starting with the juices.

 

Notes: Can substitute yogurt for protein powder for athletes or meal replacement, 2 to 4 ounces in that case.

 

Number of Servings: 4 to 6
