Polynesian Punch

Canned pineapple and its juice is blended with cream of coconut, then combined with pineapple juice and ginger ale in a punch bowl.
Ingredients
- 1 20-oz. can crushed pineapple, undrained
- 1 15-ounce can cream of coconut
- 1 46-ounce can unsweetened pineapple juice, chilled
- 1 liter ginger ale
- Ice cubes

Method
Blend the pineapple and the cream of coconut in a blender or food processor until smooth and creamy. Pour this mixture in a punch bowl and add remaining ingredients. Stir to combine. Add ice.
