This colorful drink layers pomegranate juice, champagne, and orange Curacao in a sugar-rimmed champagne flute.
Dip the rim of the champagne flute into a little pomegranate juice and then into 1 Tbsp of sugar. Let sugar dry. Pour 2 oz of pomegranate juice into sugar-rimmed glass. Then pour 3 oz of champagne over the pomegranate juice and top the drink off with 1.5 oz of Orange Curacao.
