Pumpkin-eggnog Smoothie

Pumpkin puree is whirled in the blender with eggnog, milk and ice cubes to make this beverage. It's served topped with Cool Whip and a sprinkling of nutmeg.

  • Servings: 6

Ingredients:

1 qt Eggnog
1× 15-oz can Solid Pack Pumpkin
1 cup Milk
4– 6 Ice Cubes
1 cup Frozen Whipped Topping, thawed
¼ tsp Nutmeg

Directions:

Pour eggnog into a blender; add pumpkin, milk and ice cubes. Blend smooth. To serve, transfer to chilled glasses, top each with a dollop of whipped topping and sprinkle with nutmeg.

Helpful Tips:

This is the ultimate winter treat. It's so good sipped in front of a roaring fire or a roaring car heater on the way to work. It's Christmas-in-a-cup.
