This beverage combines pumpkin, yogurt, Chinese 5-spice powder, orange juice and sherbet, with richness from mascarpone cheese and a topping of gingersnap crumbs.

8 oz Mascarpone Cheese, softened
1× 15-oz can Pumpkin, chilled
1 cup Plain Yogurt
⅓ cup Frozen Orange Juice Concentrate, slightly thawed
1½ cups Orange Sherbet
½ tsp Chinese 5-spice Powder
1½ cups Milk
1 cup Crushed Ice
4 Gingersnap Cookies, crushed


Process all ingredients (except cookies) in a blender or food processor until smooth. Pour into chilled parfait glasses. Sprinkle crushed cookies over top and serve immediately.
