Raspberry Champagne Punch

Fresh raspberries are chilled with a little sugar & raspberry liqueur, then spooned into glasses and filled with champagne.
 

Ingredients

  • 1 pint fresh raspberries
  • 1 Tbsp sugar
  • 4 oz Chambord (raspberry) liqueur
  • 1 bottle champagne, chilled

Method

Put raspberries in a bowl, sprinkle with sugar, then pour in the Chambord. Cover and let sit in refrigerator at least 30 minutes. When ready to serve, put a few raspberries with a spoonful of the liquid into each champagne glass, then fill with champagne.

 

Notes: Elegent and easy.
