Ready to RUMble Slush

Frozen orange juice concentrate & a large can of fruit punch are combined with tea, rum & a sugar syrup. It's frozen until slushy and served with 7-Up.
Ingredients
- 1 12 oz can frozen orange juice concentrate
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 4 cups boiling water
- 1 large 46 oz can fruit punch
- 2 cups strong tea (8 tea bags to 16 oz water)
- 2 cups white rum
- 2 liter bottle of lemon-lime soda (Sprite or 7-UP), chilled

Method
Combine the frozen orange concentrate and the sugar together in a large heat-proof, freezer-safe container; pour the boiling water over this mixture. Stir to dissolve sugar. Add punch, strong tea and rum; freeze this mixture overnight or until it forms a slush. When ready to serve, scoop slush into serving glasses, and cover with a couple of splashes of cold lemon-lime soda. May add a twist of orange and lemon zest for presentation.
Notes: This will stay slushy because of the alcoholic content of the rum.
