|3"dividual Tea Bags of Cinnamon-flavored Tea|
|64 fl. oz||Apple-raspberry Juice|
|1||Whole Orange, sliced end-to-end into 6 circles|
|3||Whole Cinnamon Sticks|
|¼ tsp||Whole Cloves|
|⅛ tsp||Ground Nutmeg|
Set aside tea bags. Place all other ingredients in one large pot; stir to combine. Partially cover (lid placed on top of pot, but tilted to allow a small amount of steam to escape). Simmer over low heat for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and add cinnamon flavored tea bags; steep for 5 minutes. Place strainer over cups and ladle hot tea into cups. Remove strainer and enjoy!
Raspberry, orange, and cinnamon flavors get along so nicely in this mulled juice and tea blend which is named after my daughter. The red color of this drink is gorgeous. Ruby Tea is perfect for fall and winter months--a fun new alternative to cider or wassail. Or, it can be served over ice and enjoyed in the summer!
