Sesame Citrus Sunrise Smoothie

The flavors of tahini, orange juice, banana, yogurt, and cream cheese are blended together to make this smoothie drink.
Ingredients
- 2 (6 ounces each) mandarin orange yogurt
- 1 banana, sliced
- 3 ounces cream cheese, cubed, at room temperature
- 4 cups orange juice
- 2 Tbsp sesame seed paste (tahini)
- Garnish--mint sprigs

Method
In a blender container place the ingredients. Blend till smooth. Best done in 2 batches. Chill till serving time; serve in glass mugs with mint garnish.
Notes: A high protein drink especially good for breakfast or as a quick pick-me-up.
