Strawberry Banana Protein Smoothie

Whey powder and milk add protein to this fruit smoothie, which also has banana and strawberries.
 

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup strawberries
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp vanilla whey protein powder
  • 1/2 cup ice
 
Method

Combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.

 

Notes: Almost any seasonal fruit can be used. The fresher the better.

 

Number of Servings: 2-3
