Sunrise-sunset Smoothie

Give this smoothie a try for a healthy morning start or for a mid-afternoon snack. It combines peaches, yogurt, O.J., and baby-food carrots.

Ingredients:

1 (6 Ounce) Jar Pureed Carrots, baby food
1 cup Peeled & Diced Fresh or Frozen Peaches or Apricots
1 (6 Ounce) Container Low-fat Vanilla Yogurt
2 cups Orange Juice

Directions:

Place baby food and peaches or apricots in a blender; pulse until fruit is chopped. Add yogurt and orange juice; puree until smooth.
