Sunrise Surprise Breakfast Smoothie

Try this smoothie for breakfast or an anytime-snack. Yogurt, banana, wheat germ, honey, and papaya juice combine for a pick-me-up breakfast drink.
Ingredients
- 1 cup low fat vanilla yogurt
- 1 very ripe banana, sliced
- 1 teaspoon toasted wheat germ
- 1 tablespoon pure honey
- 2 cups papaya juice

Just mix all the ingredients together in a blender and enjoy!
Notes: This is a quick recipe I put together at my past job as a Live-in Caregiver. The patients in my care were diabetics that craved sweet drinks, and so I knew they must eat and drink healthy foods. I created this drink as a quick pick-me-up. It's healthy and tastes pretty good. I hope everyone who tries it enjoys it as much as my patients and I have. Can be made with any juice of your choice. Papaya works for me, as I like fruit juice.
