Sweet Berry Smoothie


This healthy smoothie makes a great breakfast or snack. With no added sugar, it is sweetened naturally by the fruit.



Ingredients:

  • 2 cups ice cubes
  • 3/4 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries (raspberries, blackberries, blueberries)
  • 1 1/2-3 cups skim milk

Method

Place ice and all berries into a blender; pour milk on top of berries. Blend on medium high setting, stirring every 30 seconds. I like my smoothies thick so I do not put very much milk in mine and I have to stir and blend it more because it is thicker. If you want a thinner smoothie simply add more milk.
