Tangy Mango Cinnamon Lassi

Cool and tangy, this traditional beverage from southern Asia will add a healthy kick to your morning or make a great afternoon snack.
 

Ingredients

  • 2 cups organic low-fat plain yogurt
  • 2 cups organic vanilla soy milk
  • 1 cup organic mango juice
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp flaxseed oil

Method

Place all ingredients in tall glass or large cylindrical container and whisk or shake to combine. Pour into two chilled glasses and serve.
