Tangy Mango Cinnamon Lassi

Cool and tangy, this traditional beverage from southern Asia will add a healthy kick to your morning or make a great afternoon snack.
Ingredients
- 2 cups organic low-fat plain yogurt
- 2 cups organic vanilla soy milk
- 1 cup organic mango juice
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp flaxseed oil

Place all ingredients in tall glass or large cylindrical container and whisk or shake to combine. Pour into two chilled glasses and serve.
